My direct report to the Executive Vice President involves maintaining a cohesive vision for our division, aligning with the broader corporate strategy. One of the proudest aspects of my role is overseeing the branches of our foundation, particularly the Courtney Jordan Foundation, which operates in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and the Americas. The foundation's mission is to spread hope through entrepreneurship and grants for education, aiming to provide viable solutions to the world's most complex issues.
